The owner is incredibly rude. She is very nasty to the parents. The Staff is amazing. They treated my child very well. Ms Rachel and Ms Ford were amazing. What made me turn away from this daycare was due to the poor treatment of the owner and her disrespectful and nasty comments about my child who have Autism. They also turn me away for care that I payed for a week. Luckily I was off that week. Without no family here, I would have not had no where to take my child while I work. I will not be back.

My child was basically kicked out due to her disability and due to the older teacher not liking her at all. She way hyper but not a bad child and I was told by her therapist that the daycare lacked structure so that’s probably why she had issues there. I called bright from the start to find out that children with special needs are supposed to have a plan set up for them before they are kicked out of a quality rated center. Nothing was set up for her. No documentation saying she did all kinds of accused things. I never received any paperwork. Also, I remember asking the huge woman who runs the front office, what am I supposed to do with my child at the last minute without and advance notice, was I supposed to leave them at home? And she replied, “Do what you have to do!” What professional says that about a child. I wouldn’t recommend any child yet any animal to attend here. They are unprofessional and take up for the teachers even when they are wrong. I was told she the only teacher and because she don’t like my child my child had to go pretty much. I’m glad they are shut doen

I wouldnt recommend this daycare to no one they are rude and lazy! The owner told mw that my 4 month old daughter who only been attending the daycare for a month ans a half couldn't come back anymore because she cry's to much and to much to handle! My daughter only went to this daycare part time and is now teething! I wouldn't trust them with any kids everytime I pick me daughter up other baby's and toddlers be crying as well.

My family was very loyal to this company for several years, through the ups and downs, we donated all the time when we could, and the owner put my children out of the school on the spot! The would feed my children foods that they were allergic to on more than one occasion. The owner is very petty and rude. The day manager Ms Ford was always a pleasure as well as the newborn division Caretaker Ms Johnson and afterschool Caretaker Ms Lisa was always on top of the kids to do and be better.

Office staff cool! Teachers attitude stink!!!! Especially on the weekends that Rachel isn’t there! Went to drop off my son and when inside I could see a disagreement between 2 staff members. As I got closer I could hear them speaking about my child coming in and how one lady didn’t want him to come into the room he should have been in. I asked what the problem was and nobody said anything but the lady who didn’t want my son in the room slammed the door! Another staff memeber took my son and assured me he would be ok and that nothing was wrong. I left him for a couple hours but returned because the feeling that gave me would not go away! I picked him up and didn’t take him back. Several staff members should not work at this center ( mainly the older women, not MsJohnson she’s good)! Don’t leave your kids with ppl who don’t care about them!!!!
