La Fitness Kids Klub @ Southlake

Not sure about the bad reviews but of all the gyms I've visited, this one has the friendliest staff. That's the most important thing to me. As far as the amenities, hot tub functioning fine, pool aerobics has a really nice instructor that really motivating, and the sauna gets nice and hot! I have zero complaints! I love it here!

Did a 3 day pass to see if I would join but it’s a NO after 1 day. I had to sign out weights and other small equipment at the front desk! How crazy is that. The lockers all have bent latches, popped hinges, pry marks to doors Seems like a good gym with good equipment but theft is OBVIOUSLY a problem Signing out weights and posting signs about no gym bags doesn’t fix the issue. You know what I didn’t see—security, cameras, staff walking around etc

I got a three day pass to this gym and the La Fitness in McDonough,GA. Night and day difference. This location has no 5 or 10lb plates at all in the entire gym.Equipment is very old, could not find where the cable attachments were being stored, oh look they are all over the gym. I will not be back to this gym, staff was nice.Edit : I did return and they have added 5 and 10lb plates on the floor,updated rating)

Since I have officially switched gyms, writing a review. Front desk staff are great However, this is the worst LA fitness I have been to, and I frequent many different locations due to work. Very run down, lacks cleanliness, especially the locker room. Not a lot of weight selections for machines - as the smaller weights are stolen per the posted signs around the gym. This gym needs a complete overhaul I am surprised of its condition. The gym- goers are respectful and friendly. For the price of membership this is unacceptable

I would like to show attached pictures of club and the bad condition that is Within the club. I wrote about this a month ago about the hot tub and it is still not working for way over two months now. That hot tub is still out of order. This club in Morrow, Ga location needs a thorough cleaning and renovation A.S.A.P. I know this not the first time someone is complaining about the clubs conditions. Not sure if the club is privately owned or what but this is not acceptable. Please zoom in on pictures to see the filthy dirt and grime in the women’s locker room. Also the hot tub still showing out of order. Not sure if I want to continue my membership because of these reasons. I attend this particular club because it’s close to my home and the luxury of the pool, hot tub and sauna. We pay membership fees and this is what we get for our money,this is a serious matter here. And for them to say they need house keeping well as a team every one should come together as a team and pitch in to clean and do what ever for the club. Managers, team members, front in clerks whom ever to get the job done.
