Response to the picture that is posted: I guess I don't understand. You say that the building was leased until January of 2020, but you are shutting down now? And with no notice? You say that the situation with the building is the reason for shutting down in this post, but say that it has to do with the staff in other places. Which one is it? I'm not buying it. I imagine many of us have paid in advance for child care. Are we getting our money back? Why no mention of this? What are we supposed to do to get our property back that is currently in your building? Why no mention of this either? You blame the staff for not passing out a note about the closure of the preschool, but never posted this letter to Facebook until tonight at 11pm? Does that make any sense to you? You are the owner of the business. It doesn't matter if it is your fault, the employees' faults, or Mickey Mouse's fault, it is your responsibility and duty to inform the people that rely on this preschool. Regardless of reasoning it is clear that you are completely clueless when it comes to running this business, and the way you have handled this situation makes it clear that you are the problem. Thanks a lot.
The owner of this business randomly shut down her Monett location at 11pm the day before closing. Not to be trusted under any circumstances. No idea if we will get our money back or our child's belongings back. Gave a ridiculous nonsensical reason for shutting down suddenly on Facebook. What a joke. BEWARE.
