My aunt went to Redies after a fall. While the place is clean and nice, the aides and nurses were wonderful to my aunt, the rehabilitation part was not very effective. My aunt did not make much progress. The rehab was group rehab and only 30-45 minutes twice a day if that. They never walked her in the halls either. I was very disappointed. And towards the end of her stay we were trying to find placement for her and it was left completely up to us. No help from Redies other than a referral to an independant person outside of their facility. The social worker nor the Admissions Director returned my calls to help. Very disappointed.
