What Parents Say
Play and Learn Center receives mostly positive reviews praising staff care and organization, though one parent reported serious concerns about communication, teacher behavior, and classroom practices. Most reviewers highlight the director and teachers' dedication to children's development and wellbeing.
We love Play and Learn! The Director Mrs. Bernie and the rest of the staff are incredible. They know everyone’s names, are calming and friendly, and are extremely organized. And our son is learning so much and is having so much fun!
We have been sending our baby here since he was 4 months old and couldn’t be happier. The teachers, staff, and director truly care about the kids. It’s evident every time I go in the building and our son knows it too, as he as thrilled every time he gets to be there. P&L is a huge part of our “village” and we are grateful to be a part of their family.
The director is extremely odd. We had trouble communicating with her, very limited responses if any at all. Teachers constantly screamed at children and each other. I witnessed two teachers cursing at each other in front of the children on the playground. They let children watch tv on an iPad in the classroom. My daughter cried hysterically every morning for a month until we pulled her out. By far one of the worst child care centers I’ve ever been to.
Extremely great place to send your child. Ms.T is amazing and all of the teachers are interactive!
It's an old building But they did a good job
