I cannot say enough good things about this Daycare. It is one of the few NAEYC accredited learning centers in the area. In our time there, my daughter had access to consistent staff with little turnover. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and accommodate the unique needs of your child. If you are looking for an intimate learning environment, where your child will be known by name and grow up with a small cohort of kiddos, do not overlook PELC.
If you're looking to be completely disrespected not only as a parent but as a mother, this is the place for you. Go to drop my children off only to find my passcode to the door had been "deactivated" with no prior communication to me at all by the "assistant director" who when confronted about the situation claimed that "Dad said you were no longer utilizing our services on 'your' days". Also took it upon herself to remove me from the app the daycare utilizes so that I can see when my children are getting on and off the bus to the daycare. Totally unprofessional, especially for a leadership position. Mind you this is after being with this daycare for SIX years. Ironically, she has given a 5 star review for her place of employment.
Plainville Early Learning Center is an absolutely wonderful place to enroll your children. They are extremely clean, professional, and passionate about the education of children. I've seen my child make a huge improvement since his enrollment. We love it here!
