The Villas has become a toxic place under Jeanna’s management. Workers are severely mistreated, and blatant favoritism means the rules only apply to certain people. Jeanna’s behavior is completely unprofessional flirting with students and creating an uncomfortable, inappropriate atmosphere. This property has chewed through managers before, and now it’s hit yet another dead end. The residents and staff deserve far better leadership.
Armed forces active, in-active, reserve, national guard, and veterans beware. ICC is the worst college I've attended. The first 2 semesters seemed normal. However, I enrolled for summer courses with them. I withdrew from the courses a few days in due to lack of child care. Which I was told was not an issue because it was within the class drop time period. At the beginning of the next semester I tried re-enrolling only to find out that I would have to pay for the courses out of pocket. Because, ICC decided to keep the money the VA had paid them for the summer courses and make it look as if though I just never showed up for the summer semester classes, failing me in 4 courses. Now, years later. I try obtaining my unofficial transcripts from them, which they're denying me, and they try telling me that I owe $450.00 for books (which we know as service members that the va gives us a stipend to BUY books.) and that i also owe another $450.00 for money they had to pay back to the VA for a supposed over payment to me (which again as service members, we know the VA sends the checks directly to our bank accounts.) Save yourselves the headaches and troubles I've had dealing with this school and just attend another local college. Good luck, I wish y'all the best.
It's a poor excuse for a college, i have attended it for a little over two years and have found that it has only a few good professors teaching. The college is focused more on it's Athletic programs and students which comprise roughly 60% of the student body, and it's technology on campus is roughly 3-6 years old.
I completed a semester of classes in the summer. A lady called about my fafsa and helped me complete it for my government pell grant, which would have paid out the semester. She assured me everything was good to go. I recieved a call later saying I owed a large sum of money and they threatened to turn me over to collections. I filed a complaint and recieved a call. I was told that the fall semester was the fafsa we completed. I never enrolled for fall nor did I intend to. So now I owe the college even though this was not my mistake. It was a very tacky and costly mistake that I should not have to pay for. I can understand the low review score. Be very, very careful if you enroll here
