All about money. Got mad at me because my son was there over ten hours a couple different days due to our work schedules (we are not on state pay, we are private pay), yelled at me and told me that he had to pay his people overtime for that and I would have to pay additional if I needed that. I was already paying $250 a week for full-time care. Told me if I had a problem I need to find a new, cheaper daycare. Unprofessional. We switched!

My kids have been going there since they were six months old. We love it! It is like my girls second home! I would not GO anywhere else around for half the price. The director is always making sure every single child is safe and secure, doing amazing job at her job! And all of the staff are very friendly and very good with my babies even teaching them to sign! It’s also nice to see the owner pop in and out every once in a while at least once a week I see her and her husband greeting parents at the door. I know my children are safe and happy here.

Honestly, I’ve been sitting on this for more than a year, hoping I could cool down before I wrote this so that my review could be less bias. Here we go: My daughter went to this daycare between the ages of 9m-3. The manager at the time, Miss Casandra really held that place together, and made me feel safe to bring my baby girl there. Once Miss Casandra left, the owners (I’m assuming) took over more. The old man, I believe he drives the van as well, was completely unprofessional and unkind. I went off and got a traveling job and made sure they were aware of this so just in case my daughter started acting up they would know why, and maybe be sympathetic while handling her. My daughter came home from school one day and told us her teacher threatened to “whoop her a**”. Yeah. We confronted the school and they assured us that never happened. Another incident happened and when we asked to see the camera’s, we couldn’t see anything because coincidentally the teacher brought my daughter to an area of the classroom where none of the camera’s could see. We were already on the hunt for another daycare, just had to find one with availability. They started calling us almost everyday demanding we pick my daughter up. Finally my husband had enough and confronted the old man, and told him they were too expensive for them not to watch her while we’re at work and that if this didn’t stop we were taking her out. Once we started speaking up for my daughter, they started getting less understanding about our situation. The old guy, the driver of the van called my husband one day and said he needed to pick her up and never bring her back, that they didn’t have the time for her anymore. I’ve never felt so disrespected nor has my child. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.

I took my kids out of this daycare a year ago and made a bad review and seen it was removed! So here it is AGAIN! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN HERE! at the time I had a almost 1 year old and a 4 year old boy. I was called at work for 3 days in a row saying my 4 y/o child was out of control. (He’s never been bad) well I pick him up and we go talk. My son begins to tell me that the blonde curly hair young manager took him to a room where nobody was and choked him against the wall! I went up there to grab by other child and confront them. I was told my son is a liar and has serious issues by the old man running the door. I asked to see cameras which responded there were no cameras where she took him. He then pointed at another child and said “she’s just as bad as your son.” I grabbed my children and stormed out (I was don’t with the UNPROFESSIONAL of these people) later on my son eventually told me that they lock kids in the bathroom and turn the lights out and just laugh. My son is scared of the dark since he went here and will never be the same. DONT TAkE YOU CHILDREN HERE THEY ABUSE KIDS! Ps. After I made this review a year ago they begged parents to write good reviews to counteract mine.

They’ve been impossible to work with, I would never be able to trust the management of this place with my baby. They canceled multiple walk thrus with no notice, failed to reschedule appropriately, and ignored our calls to turn in payment and paperwork. Diane, the owner I was told, seems to handle most of the parental communication and enrollment process but is never on the property and fails to return any calls and messages that are left for her. I trust my messages will never be returned as will yours.There’s a clear lack of care in communicating with prospective parents.
