take your kids here at your own risk!! this place should be closed down!! my kids 2 and 3 went here maybe a month and just in that time there were several problems. my son was sent back in another kids underwear that were dirty because they said the kids got undress to put swimwear on for water tables and they didn't know which was which even thought they had names on them. my oldest started having nightmares. He would be so scared he would cling on to his car seat screaming so loud people started coming out of their houses one day. My son came home with two really bad bites one broke the skin on his arm the other was on his back it also had broken the skin and scrapped down his back. they were so bad I know that he cried and he said he cried. He acted like he was afraid to talk about it said he was also hit in the head with a stick.when we contacted the daycare about it they didn't even know it had happened and didn't act like they even cared and said they heard him crying but thought it was just because he didn't want to be there. That was the last straw! not to mention there is never enough people there to watch the kids they feed them junk everyday. this is a horrible place to take your kids please believe all the bad reviews and don't bring your children here.
Not a good daycare. They gave my 1 year old 2% milk. They told me they didn't know that 1 year Olds need to have whole milk. My 1 year old sat in a high chair from 3pm til I picked her up. Check! what the rvr find child care inspections says They have a lot of people working there with out proper training / background checks .
As a worker at this kidscare, I can assure that these kids and staff are wonderful. We have a diverse group of students that are learning to love God together! The chefs, Linda and Cindy, make delicious meals for these children for breakfast and lunch as well as a snack after nap.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. We were told at the beginning that ID checking would be a thing. I walked into a group of teachers that had never met me and wasn’t questioned. I sent a friend to test and see if they’d ID. Nothing.Walked out with my kid no questions asked. We brought this to the directors attention and she had to have TWO meetings with staff over what I consider common safety precautions.I could tell after these meetings were done my child became less favored because we spoke out.Multiple times we have walked in and our daughter was on the dirty carpet that everyone walks on, on the floor or in a swing going way to fast for her age considering she can barley hold her own head up. I expected much more out of this place and was met with all the reasons I was nervous to start daycare in the first place. When confronted about these problems I got excuses and the words sorry you experienced that. Absolutely disappointing and unacceptable.
This center has helped essential employees kids during this pandemic and they are clean and safe. The staff is nice and professional. I would recommend to parents with school aged kids, they help with virtual school and are very responsibly priced.
