My husband and I highly recommend PALS. We have been sending our son there since he was 8 weeks old and they have been amazing. He surprises me every day with the things he is learning there thanks to the wonderful teachers. Everyone knows the pandemic has been tough. The teachers and staff at PALS have been amazing through this rough time. They get information to parents quickly and are following all guidelines to keep the kids and teachers safe. You can really see how much they care about the families that send their kids there. We are so happy we chose PALS and we recommend them to anyone who is looking for daycare.

My family loves PALS. When I was looking for a child care, we interviewed a number of locations/types. No one could offer us what PALS could. They have impeccable health and safety standards, and a highly secured facility. We started at PALS in 2019 (pre-Covid) but even through the intense and sudden changes the rest of the world underwent to adapt to the pandemic - PALS had to make very few changes because they already were operating at such high standards. As a first time mom, my sons health and safety was my top priority when I was shopping for daycares - and at every turn PALS has delivered. I love their discipline model and curriculum. We know children learn best through play. I see photos come home daily from infancy and onwards of my son being presented a variety of play opportunities and experiences to develop his skills and learn. Often times I am able to see him start his morning, and end his day with his teacher on the floor, at his level, engaged in play along side him. His teachers are also highly educated and knowledgeable educators. I have had experiences and concerns with my sons language development due to hearing concerns. His teachers took time to explain what warning signs we should look for and how we can help my son continue to develop these skills. His teachers have decades of experience working with children as well as a wealth of education. But my FAVORITE part about PALS, and the part I talk about most, is the sense of community they create in their building. Since 2019, when my son was still an infant being carried to class in his car seat- the teachers we passed in the halls on our way in and out stopped to greet him by name. This seems like such a small thing, but as a mom it communicates very clearly to me that the educators in this building KNOW and love my son. To this day, he is still greeted by name as he passes even the educators he doesn’t have classes with as he enters and exits the building. It still makes my heart swell. He likes to stop by and wave at the window of his old classroom and say goodbye to his former teachers as he leaves. PALS understands the importance of creating a community culture for our kids, and makes sure they have an environment they feel welcome, belonging, and love. My son gets to arrive to school everyday to a feeling of open arms, and leave everyday to a wealth of well wishes from people he loves. There is nothing better or more important than that to me. PALS was one of the best choices I made for my son, and I would absolutely choose them again and again if I had it to do over.

I visited 3 other daycares in town before my walkthrough at PALS, pretty sure I told them to “save me a spot” right then and there. Being a first time mom, I was nervous but the knowledge and experience of the teachers in the infant room made me feel at ease right away. I knew my child would be in the best hands. Nothing but great things to say, the staff is amazing as well!

Absolutely the best place for children to learn, grow, and be appreciated as individuals! My son has learned so much and has had so many unique opportunities! The administration and teachers are the most caring, committed, and down to Earth people!!! Absolutely love PALS!!!!

If I could give this place a negative star I would. This is the rudest most unprofessional childcare/daycare. The director needs to be fired! She’s just a bad person.
