I have spent a total of 3 years fixing my child's learned behaviors and anxieties from PALS. I know the incidents only because my child was able to tell me these things thankfully. My child is now in occupational therapy and sees a regular counselor now because the majority of the childs anxieties and fears were created here. My child was mistreated by many teachers and it was constantly brush under the rug. I was told by someone this was a training issue and would be handled once the person in charge returned. This happened in many classrooms and I was given the same excuse each time "its training" "it's staffing" They fired several teachers for mishandling children in my child's class but never openly said why they let them go unless you specifically asked. Many parents had no idea. The only reason I even knew was because I asked them. Teachers were fired for holding children down at nap time, picking a child up by their arm and leg, and cussing at children. Please be careful when you see a 5 star review. Consider your options because if it happens at a place with these reviews it happens at a lot of other places. These incident happened in 2023-2024.
We couldn’t be happier with our choice of PALS for our sons daycare! He has been going there since he was 8 weeks old and is now 2 1/2. The teachers and the staff are always friendly and you can tell they really care about the kids there. I LOVE the teachers my son has and has had through the years because you can tell they love the kids and put so much work into what they do! We get update posts and pictures for the day and I love seeing how much fun they have and how much they are learning there as well. Jody and Angie are amazing in the front office as well! Not only in general but especially through COVID-19, they’ve handled very tough decisions and made us feel comfortable bringing our son there in a pandemic so that we can still go to work. I recommend PALS to anyone who is looking for a daycare in this area!
PALS was an amazing place for the kids' daycare and preschool. We loved how they helped both our kids handle emotions in a gentle, guiding manner. They were clean, had friendly staff that greeted the kids by name, and kept things fun and exciting for the kids. It's hard to leave your kids in someone else's care, but I felt comfortable with PALS. I also liked the pickup policy to ensure each child's safety. Overall, I was very pleased.
We are so in love with this place! So thankful for Miss Mia and her crew! Our baby is so happy and they take the best photos. I feel so confident in their care and am so thankful that we get to send him there each and every day!
Pals is a great daycare family! All the teachers both my girls have had over the years have been kind. I think the food they serve the kids is great. They always have lots of structure through the day as well as activities to keep them busy! Im always so impressed how much my girls learn there also! Jody is super helpful at the front! Definitely more of a family than daycare❤
