They couldn't help me. I told I pay my bills and cant afford food let alone fix my a.c. and they suggested I go to food banks to save money so I can fix my a.c.. They weren't listening when I said I can't even afford food. We made 200 too much. Funny I male to much but can't help myself at all.
Hard to find they have a sign but unless you know where to look the GPS will have you driving arround the world to get to the place...... The sign is no bigger than a poster board and it s placed on the side of the building where you cannot see it from a car and in traffic your out of luck.. then there was only one person there and she was not willing to help with anything..... I was told that I have to deal with Springfield which is about an hour and a half away and without a car your on your own...... I would suggest to look for resources else where and maybe someone that is sympathic to the problems of broke persons In this area..... Maybee try the local churches or places like that......

If anybody applies for energy assistance program through this place do no it could take two to three weeks so your best bet is to come up with a different plan that's why it's getting one star this isn't my first time I think I've tried for energy assistance program I think this makes the third attempt at it and it's the same program same thing happens the other two times we never heard anything back even after 5 to 6 weeks and then we simply got an answer of oh well we don't have the funds and we haven't heard anything back from the application either you can fill out another one so yeah would not recommend anybody going here unless you have no other choice
