Coach Kelly definitely deserves five stars. He is very friendly and professional. It’s obvious that he loves what he does. He has a high level of knowledge on the body function and its muscles. I feel very confident about my workout schedule that he has designed And it is reassuring that I can contact him at any time to do an assessment on my progress. Thank you coach!!!!

Great gym, specifically love the egym equipment which has helped me get back to somewhat near strength after a long hospitalization. I also regularly use the pool which is always a good temp and never too crowded when i go.

The Owasso Y is one of my favorite places to go! I know I will always be welcomed with a smile. The fitness and chair yoga classes keep me coming back. Ramona is a wonderful instructor who is mindful of everyone’s needs and limitations and makes recommendations for the best results. She takes a personal interest in everyone in the class and makes the whole experience very positive. It’s not just about the physical benefits of the classes that I appreciate, but Ramona’s deep concern for our emotional well-being as well.

The instructors are top notch. The building maintenance needs are usually handled quickly. I'd like a little more lighting in the parking lot at night. Overall the Y makes a regular exercise routine easy. Thank you for not making that new 360 app mandatory for class attendance!

Staff always recognizes me, at check in, with a kind greeting, and when I leave they wish me a good day with a smile. Recent promotions to increase membership seems to be effective. I have noticed the appearance of more members using the workout areas.
