So far I love this daycare, my child has only been going here a short time but the amazing things they have done for our family is unforgettable! My child has transitioned so easily here. It has definitely reassured me that my child has felt safe safe and happy at this daycare
I had called to schedule a tour and let them know what day I needed my child start, unfortunately when I got there, they were not welcoming and also they had no space until next year. It would’ve been nice to be notified on the phone while we were talking to know this information instead of having my time wasted. The facility also smelled really bad. My son is nonverbal and still he was able to communicate that it smelt really bad. I understand it’s a daycare, but they really do need to work on the place smelling cleaner.
We have been going to this daycare since my LO was 6 weeks old- he’s 14 months now, and we have been blessed to have Ms. Ashley in the infant room as his care taker! Now he has moved up into the young toddler room and his new teachers are amazing as well! All of the staff are absolutely amazing ♥️♥️ The Director Amanda and Assistant Director Ashlynn are also amazing they are always willing to answer any and all of my questions and if I have any concerns they are quick to find a resolution! Ms. Shirley has been a wonderful cook for the children- my LO loves all the nutritious food and snacks she makes for them ! I highly recommend this childcare facility! ♥️♥️
UPDATE: Lisa the new and current director is such a sweet and welcoming person. Every single day greeted everyone with a smile and listened to everyone no matter the tone or matter of the person. She always ensured that our needs were met and my son was well cared for. We left due to moving back to OKC, but she and her staff made it a great experience. Would absolutely recommend this center to anyone! —— Reviewed around 12/2020 when center director was changing: My child loves his teacher and everyone is very welcoming. There was a visiting director, I forgot her name, but she was very blunt about the way she told me and another woman to wear a mask. Did not even let me explain why I didn’t have one. The new director seems nice and Alice the one who was helping for a bit was very nice and personable. My family doesn’t celebrate American holidays and they respect that. My child’s teacher is very welcoming and greets him with a hug. I just wish I was able to see more of what goes on during the holidays to ensure my child is not partaking in Halloween, Christmas, etc. Can’t wait till covid is over.
I would drop her off after the weekend and get her back with a rash every time. I'd clear it up during the weekend and it would come back after they had her. When she moved up classrooms she cried every time I dropped her off. Threw herself on the ground. I came to pick her up early one day and a teacher /worker was dragging a 3 or 4 year old by his arm with no shirt or shoes/socks while he was crying and she was rude and took him to the office saying she couldn't do it anymore. She seemed shocked I was there. Idc how frustrated you are these are young children we are leaving with rude workers. She also got sick so much and had hand , foot , mouth 2 times l. She loves her new daycare and never cries.
