OTR has been great for my daughter! The class size is small, so she gets a lot of attention, and she loves it. She has made friends, her social skills are developing and she is learning a lot. They are teaching her many of the things she'll need to know to be prepared for kindergarten. Her writing skills and vocabulary have greatly improved, which will set her up well for classroom work. The staff is very friendly, and she loves her teachers!
We love OTR! As a first time mom, sending my 4 month old daughter to daycare was the worst feeling. They were amazing putting up with my thousands of phone calls in those first couple of weeks to make sure she was adjusting well & have taken the best care of her. She is now 13 months and the growth she has made over the last 9 months is amazing! She was an early walker & is always learning new things. They have been so accommodating and treat the kids like their own. Our daughter LOVES her teachers. All of the staff is great. Extra special shout out to Miss Emily & Miss Anna <3
We love OTR! Everytime I pick my son up from school he tells me “I had a good day at school mom” with a smile on his face. I’ve had the pleasure of getting a chance to say hello/speak with most of the staff and everyone is genuine and kind. We are always greeted happy and politely! Thank you Gretchen and all teachers/staff for a positive, safe and fun experience for my little!!
Instead of meeting my grandson's needs. (We are his legal guardians) they made the decision to give us to weeks to find another daycare. The teacher is not competent in her job but it was easier to remove my grandson then replace teachers. Told by staff that children like my grandson are why they can't keep teachers. My God he is 2. Staff was extremely rude to my wife. I am not even going to get into what they did to his state appointed Early Intervention therapist.
Over the Rainbow is awesome facility. Teachers and Administrators are all very kind and can tell they truly enjoy their jobs. I have recommended Overtime The Rainbow to everyone who had asked about daycares or preschools. We have never felt uncomfortable about leaving our love one there!
