This place is so ghetto and unprofessional. Claim to be 24/7 but every little holiday, they close for days at a time. Father’s, Mother’s Day etc… closed for 3/4 days!!! It’s ridiculous. Not to mention, they make the kids take 3/4 hour naps. The last 2 times I picked my kids up, my little baby girl soaked through her diaper. I let them know I’m on my way and it still takes 6-10 minutes to leave because they can never find my kids coats, socks, hats etc. They lost my baby jacket and hat the last week they was there and I haven’t been back since. How do you lose a baby’s jacket and hat in the middle of fall??? I’m turning in the parking lot to drop my kids off and my 2 year old start crying telling me nooo!! I thank GOD I took them out of there. They don’t care about them kids. It’s all about money.
My daughters and I love this daycare! It is very close to their school and not so far from my home so the location is very convenient. This is my first dealing with a daycare and j.f.s and the managers are patient with me and also help me to learn the ins and outs they are very kind and friendly. My daughter love the daycare I ask them who are their favorite workers and they can’t just pick one lol. The night shift workers are my favorite I see them in the late afternoon and when I pick up my girls late night they still have the same position energetic energy as when I dropped my girls off and I have to say that is the most important thing to me! But over all they did a good job with location and staff!
This facility. Doesnt monitor children they allow them to play alone leaving time for inappropriate. And unsafe behavior between kids..ive also witnessed kids opening doors to the outside leaving room for error and injury.very unprofessional.i would not recommend this center.also during pick ups you have to wait outside the center for long periods of time until someone notices you are outside in the dark.
The worst daycare very ghetto employees just seems like they hire anybody and unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend any one send there child there.
Unfriendly. The staff doesn’t change diapers and this place is literally a puppy mill for children! They don’t care about kids they literally only care about your money.
