Honestly the best of the best! Stacy the director is so genuine and kind, and cares so much about the well-being of the kiddos. I moved back from VA when my kiddo was a couple months from a year, we started out at a center where he’d come home bruised and had rashes and bleeding from a diaper rash from not being changed. I am a single mom, and it’s just me, I was in a really rough spot. I had called literally every center in the area and no one had room. Stacy called me the next day and made a spot for him. They have had some turn over of staff, and done some updates while we have been here for almost 2.5 years now and it’s been great. All of the teachers want to be there and watch the kids grow, they help them be the best they can be. My kiddo has super sensitive skin, and they always made sure to change him frequently when he was in a diaper, and document everything. Made sure to apply cream, get consent for medications ( cough syrups and creams) they follow DHHS guidelines and food guidelines. I’ve never seen a more clean daycare or preschool, it’s very well organized. I’ve stopped by throughout the day and never seen anything worrisome. Highly recommend this daycare, if you want the best for your kiddo in a smaller center.

Such a wonderful place! Over the last 11 years all 3 of my kids have gone to Over The Rainbow for daycare/preschool. The teachers keep the day structured but still laid back - lots of play centers, art projects and plenty of time outside on the playground! The preschool is fantastic - my kids all had tons of fun learning (letters, numbers, how to follow instructions, etc) and were very prepared to start school. The owner, Jeannie, and the teachers really get to know the kids and their families. We were incredibly lucky to find them!

Do not bring your child here!! My daughter was attending this daycare, i would pick my daughter up daily until i was told by one of the workers that she had been unenrolled by her mother. Ive since gained custoidial rights of my daughter and found out the daycare was lying preventing me from picking up my daughter. MAJOR RED FLAG when daycare workers lie effortlessy and without hesitation to a parent. Not to mention my daughter constantly comes home with a diaper rash ill be following up this review with a complaint to the state.as these people should not be inbuisness. Do not take your kidshere you will regret it!
