Outer Limits School

We have been an Outer limits family for almost two years and loved this facility when we first started. Now under the new director and assistant directors’ leadership, our feelings towards this daycare have changed. Outer Limits used to be a warm welcoming place with caring teachers (which they still have) where someone was always at the front desk to greet you and knew you and your children by name. Now, it is quite the opposite. Not only do they not prioritize knowing your name, there is almost always an empty front desk when parents arrive, especially in the mornings. Safety has also been an issue recently as a result of this new management. For example, we had a family member do pick-up/drop-off for four days and hardly ever saw anyone, and when they did, they were never questioned who they were, who they were there to pickup, or ever asked for identification. The management is distant and aloof of who is coming in or out. Over the past few months, there has been a large amount of staff turnover and it’s became very apparent as many of these staff members had been there for years. People talk and the talk is, the staff turnover is directly related to poor management. My family as well as many other families, have left because of the new management’s lack of initiation, implementation and overall feeling of caring. Their lack of continuing/creating a welcoming and safe daycare is unacceptable. I decided to give the two weeks notice for withdrawing my child, because I was unhappy with all of the changes. Three days after I gave my notice, I received a call after business hours stating that my child was biting and was not allowed to come back for the rest of the week. On this very day, when I picked my child, the assistant director never addressed this issue, in fact it was one of the rare times a goodbye and a goodnight was offered. I attempted to call back within minutes, though no answer, and was unable to leave a voicemail because the mailbox was full. This is the type of unprofessionalism and poor communication, which is now a common occurrence at Outer Limits. We’ve had another child attend Outer Limits that aged out, and we loved our experience with previous management and staff. But unfortunately now, the atmosphere and how it is managed is far below any parent’s expectations or tolerance.

Outer Limits is absolutely the best!! We have had a wonderful experience here! The staff is so nice and caring. My daughter loves how they welcome her in the mornings and compliment her. She loves her teachers and how they foster her creativity. Super grateful for everything they have done for us, they have always gone out of their way to ensure we are well taken care of. Now that my daughter will be starting kindergarten, they will all surely be missed! Highly recommend!

My babies & I love Outer Limits!! We’ve been to 2 of their sister schools & we haven’t had an experience like we’ve had with Outer Limits! All the staff & teachers are very friendly & always welcoming with a smile!! I love that all the teachers know the students & all the students know every teacher even if they’re not in that class! The office staff is amazing at staying on top of things with notifying parents, taking what the parents say seriously & applying things if needed!

I absolutely love this preschool/daycare. I was at another daycare/preschool and left to come to Outer Limits, and we have not been disappointed! My son knows sign language and is learning so many songs and words. He's not just being watched for 8-10 hours; he’s actually learning. The teachers are so attentive, and he loves them. I’m so happy I made the decision to come here! Thank you, ladies! Kudos for all your efforts! 🌹🥰❤️

Outer Limits school is great for all ages. I have had my own kids in the 2s, pre k and in school age during the summer and during school breaks. All of the teachers have been helpful and friendly and did a great job at helping my shy kiddos feel comfortable! They are recently under new management and I think it’s been great. I’ve heard about all of the improvements compared to how things used to be. Everyone is friendly even if it is not my child’s direct teacher, I am always greeted with a smile! My kids know all of the teachers names and vice versa. It’s very welcoming! My children’s comfort and safety is my highest priority and I feel Outer Limits School is doing a great job at making it their priority as well!
