Our House Children'S Programs

I, by no means, know how the staff operates with the clients who live there on a daily basis...but the facility was clean and organized. The people that I interacted with were positive and discussed new jobs that they were preparing for. We were there serving one of the Thanksgiving meals. The staff was courteous and never talked down to any of the residents in my presence. I will seriously consider having my son to volunteer on a daily basis when he comes of age (they have a program for community hours).

This place.. helped me help myself and my family. If you need help or guidence please don't think Abt it just go ! U won't regret it at all! They are all angels here promise!!!

Our House Shelter provides almost 100,000 meals to houseless people every year. We volunteer to make and serve dinner once per month. You can volunteer in providing meals to residents, mentoring, kids' club, and more!

During a terrible time of my life they were there for help. It got me off the streets! I was truly blessed by Our House. Yes I got wrote up numerous times, but my short term memory isn't very good due to previous head trauma. It wasn't anything too bad. Yes, I read & reread the rules. When I couldn't find a full time job, I volunteered to do the linens laundry for the shelter. That helped me keep my bed a while longer during COVID 19. These people try to help as best they can. I am grateful! It's a Godsend!
