Operation Peace overall program is decent it is located in my daughter's school as an afterschool program. I became aware of this program last year 2015, parents encouraged me not to put my daughter into this program because of staff behavior. 2016 school year started and I decided to try the program for my youngest daughter in 1st grade. She was provided with snacks and a light evening meal, however, homework was very seldom touched or completed. The management staff was always rude and showed favoritism among certain parents. Some parents were required to volunteer and others were not. Some parents were required to pay a fee and others were not. Managers have argued with parents in front of the students and staff. This is a very unprofessional setting and the staff need direction on communication skills.

Operation P.E.A.C.E. should be worldwide. Programs like this are vital because it should take a village to raise a child, but they don't just focus on the child; they treated us like family from day one.
