I know the review comes far too late as I’ve heard they’re closing. However, my experience with this is a far cry different than these scathing reviews below. I am a single mom who was struggling. And I mean…struggling. The teachers and staff were the most loving and engaged people I had met. My daughter had struggled with the separation and had a hard time with all the major transitions in her life. The whole staff treated her like family- and treated me with loving respect. We went through holidays, birthdays and new transitions in our lives under the watchful eyes of these folks. They went far and above the normal call of duty for a daycare. The app was updated FREQUENTLY throughout the day with photos of my daughter and her friends at school which made me feel secure enough to thrive in my own workplace. She always had healthy snacks, meals and guidance she needed. I’m sorry to have allowed so much time to pass without a review. But I’d be damned not to be among the last to review this place as it should be: with love and respect. And I hope some other parents follow suit.
Wife decided to check out and get tour. Shows up 15 min early for tour, sits in car until time of tour. Proceeds to go to the front door and ring the bell (mind you she is 8 months pregnant and it was 100 degrees). She was ignored, no one even came to the door. The girls at this placed turned her head away as she rang the bell a few times. These girls let a 8 month pregnant woman stand outside in very hot weather and did not care. She proceeded back to her car and tried to call to get clarification if she had the wrong time or what not. No answer. Mind you she had made this appointment a week prior! Rude and disrespectful staff. Will never recommend anyone bring there child to such a cold place. Where is the dignity of caring of a clearly very pregnant woman?
Very unprofessional, very rude, would make you wait 5 to 10 minutes to pick up your child or to drop your child off while you were outside waiting. Could never get in contact during business hours, tried over charging many times very unfriendly and would always return child with very dirty crusty face from food or snot or anything like that and returned child with diaper rash many times
Was very happy with this place. Always greeted with a smile and a hello when we arrived. Kept very clean and organized. I could tell that the staff really cared about my son as he was all smiles around them. Especially Ms. Lois and Ms. Melissa. Both are all stars.
