We have been attending Open Door for a little over a year now. We love how close-knit the members are. Everyone is so warm and kind, and they are always ready to help out in time of need. The preaching and Bible teaching are excellent; we especially love how the Bible is taught from the Jewish perspective. OD stands on the truth of the scriptures without being legalistic, which is a plus. My husband and I are in the older age group, and the “Diamonds” have a delicious dinner together once a month and go on local excursions together. The ladies of the church also have a fellowship once a month, which is an special time for us all! Open Door doesn’t stick with the “routine” during the summer months, but has very creative services on Sunday nights. We especially enjoy these times. I’m involved in the Awana program for the children, and it is top notch! The kids LOVE it!! The church is involved in the community as well, which is exactly what we were looking for.

I've been attending Open Door since March 2023. Pastor Ken is an excellent teacher. Both him and Pastor Danny are very knowledgeable, espically about knowing scripture from the Jewish perspective. I have never found anything wrong with anything they teach. I really learned a lot by the Life of the Messiah study on Wednesday nights. The people are very nice and genuine. Going to Open Door has really helped me since I was hurt at my previous church. At the time of this review I'm a 21 year old single male and I really enjoy the NEXT Young Adults ministry, as there's a very good community of young adults that attend Open Door, which is the best I've seen at churches around the same size as Open Door. I would HIGHLY recommend this church to young single and married young adults in their 20s and 30s.

We are delighted to share our experience with this exceptional church. From the moment we stepped inside, we felt an overwhelming sense of warmth and acceptance. The congregation's genuine hospitality and friendliness made us feel like we were part of its family. Open Door sets the example for how churches should operate in the current state of our county. From the thoughtfully curated sermons that blend historical context with contemporary relevance to the insightful discussions held during study groups, this church is where it’s at! What truly sets this church apart is its unwavering commitment to serving the community and making a positive impact. The outreach programs, charitable initiatives, and volunteering opportunities demonstrate a sincere dedication to helping those in need, both locally and globally Me and my wife are grateful to have found this church, as it has enriched our spiritual journey in ways we could not have imagined.

I love my church so much! When I had lost my faith and was coming back to services to truly try and solidify my belief in Christ, Pastor Ken’s Wednesday night services on The Life of Messiah (taught from a Jewish perspective) was extremely prophetic to me and ultimately brought me back to Christ. My church family has loved me through many different phases of my life with non judge mental, loving, and open arms. I’m so proud to be apart of this church and it has been nothing short of amazing to witness the way God has used this small and somewhat off the beaten path church to work in our community and around the globe.

I absolutely love Open Door! I have been to many churches in my time, but never have I felt so loved. Open Door preaches truth and has wonderful theology. I love the family focus that they have. You will be truly blessed by this church! Please come visit us - and if you need someone to sit with, come find me! I’d be happy to sit with you!
