We loved this child care facility even though we were only here for a short time. My daughter took a few weeks to adjust after only being with me for 2 years but now she reaches for her teachers every morning. She is always smiling and playing when I look at the cameras. Most of the teachers are very good with communication and letting you know when something happens good or bad. My daughter has started to learn how to count and says a new word every day. We are definitely going to miss open arms.

Edit to reply to owner I used a friends account to keep anonimity while i look for a new daycare. Im not interested in speaking with staff as everyone concern has been blown off. Please address positive learning environments and the difference between redirection and emotional abuse is. Thank you. Don't bring your children here. The staff are immature and the director blows things off when brought to their attention. There have been multiple incidents where i have seen infants ignored or even left to long and the baby starts struggling only to be ignored seen on camera. The director is not interested in actually addressing these things and the staff are to immature to take accountability. The parent company is horrible to with them gaslighting the situations and being cold about serious concerns. If there's an incident with your older kid they will straight up deny it and refuse to play back the cameras. My final straw was hearing the way the teachers were screaming at the children in the play ground. I guess they didn't realize you can hear them from the side walk yelling at the toddlers 🙃

We have been with open arms for almost a year now. Before starting, I had a few questions/concerns and the level of transparency that management showed me was so reassuring. It was nice to finally get honest answers. We decided to make the from a home daycare to Open Arms and honestly it has been the best transition. The staff was so patient with my kids during their transition period switching from a home daycare to an actual daycare. Honestly they still continue to be so patient with my kids as they can be a handful at times. I really love how all the staff by the middle of our first week knew our kids names as well as ours. Open Arms has become my kids favorite second home and I am forever grateful to the WHOLE STAFF for making it this way. We have been to a few other daycares with our first born and nothing compares to our experience that we've had with Open Arms. Thank you Open Arms for making daycare easy for us parents. There's nothing better than knowing that our kids are safe while we work.

My kids have been attending open arms for over a month now, I was a little nervous since they attended their other daycare since they were babies. The adjusted very well to open arms and there teachers welcomed them with kindness. The director and assistant director are both awesome and caring to all the parents and the kids. We love it here. Thank you to every teachers my kids have they love you all. I have a 3, 2, and 1 year old.

Open arms will always have a special place in my heart! As a parent, trying to find a safe, reliable, and trustworthy daycare is one of the hardest things to do. Open arms makes that an easy decision. The staff here goes above and beyond for not only the kids but the parents as well! My son has been going here since he was a few months old, and now at 2 years old he gets so excited to come he basically pushes me out of the door. The teachers are very interactive, help teach the basic life skills, form bonds with each and every kiddo and seem to genuinely love what they do. There are cameras in each room that parents have access to so they can check in on what your little one is doing throughout the day. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful for parents with any needs or worries. They worked with my wife and I when times were hard and never gave us a hard time about it. If money is tight, ask about scholarship opportunities. They are not always available but the staff will always try their best to come up with a solution. Open arms is hands down one of the best daycares in Tucson and I will back them 100%!
