We toured this daycare today and unfortunately left with very serious concerns. When we arrived, I approached a staff member outside who said she was new and did not know where the office was or where to direct us. The staff outside watching the kids were all on their phones sitting around completely disengaged. Once we entered the building, there was no one at the front desk and we were left standing there until someone eventually came to help, there was no lock on the office door and the office leads right to infant room which is unlocked as well. First impressions matter, especially when you’re trusting someone with your child. The infant room was the most concerning part of the visit. The classroom was visibly dirty. Staff were wearing shoes inside, and there was grass, rocks, and random debris on the floors where babies crawl and play and babies put everything in their mouth. Cleanliness and sanitation are basic expectations in an infant environment. When we asked questions about daily schedules, routines, ratios, and meals, no one could give clear answers. The only information we received about food was that they feed the babies “the Gerber stuff on top of the fridge,” which did not feel reassuring or professional. What truly alarmed us was seeing a very young infant (who appeared under six months old) placed in a heavily ripped Skip Hop activity center. The baby was slumped over and unable to place his feet flat on the platform, which is not safe or developmentally appropriate use. The staff in the room appeared disengaged and were not actively monitoring him. The staff member giving us the tour removed him, and it was immediately clear he had a very full diaper — I could smell it standing next to him. When his mother arrived, she had to ask to change him before leaving because the diaper was so full she could feel it just by holding him. Overall, the environment felt unsafe, unclean, and poorly managed. Staff did not appear attentive or knowledgeable, and we ultimately chose to leave early because we did not feel comfortable or confident in the care being provided. I hope these issues are addressed immediately, as infant safety and well-being should always be the top priority. I would like to add to this review that I have since spoken to multiple other parents and even past employees of this establishment who have brought up HORRIFIC incidents that have happened at this daycare, and then the owner of this daycare tried to gas light the mother I was referring to in this review and say I was lying…. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN no child needs to be in their care and I’m absolutely disgusted at the fact they would try to cover it up, but since they don’t have cameras anywhere in the building that is pretty easy. I have even attached all the messages I received after sharing my experience on the Jacksonville moms page. ALSO after sharing my experience they blocked me on Facebook :)

This center has been such a blessing to my son. He had never been in daycare before and his teacher helped him transition so smoothly. The staff is friendly and I love that it’s a small business. They actually cook real fresh food instead of buying frozen food from a big manufacturer.

I simply love it here, it’s professional but also a familial environment. We’ve come in to pick up our children at multiple times throughout the day and there’s always a provider that is engaged and on the floor with them, teaching them, singing songs. The owner is super hands-on and always involved, and you actually get to speak with her and have a direct line to her always. Everyone is very welcoming, and there’s always a greeting and interaction when you’re on the premises. We love Kathy, Heather, Jessica, and Ms Peaches! And these are just some of the teachers we’ve had interaction with because of our sons’ ages, as they progress, we will get to meet the others!!!

Professional but the everyone really feel like family to me my son is in the infant room but I have had interactions with almost all the staff the ladies in the infant room are amazing! I’ve always put my kids in CDC but after starting my son here there’s no way I’d send him anywhere else. My son started attending this center when he was 5 months. The staff is incredible! I’m very protective of my babies but I honestly have no worries when I drop my son off. The care he receives is nothing short of the best! I can show up anytime of day and my son is taken care of.

caused my child to have to go to hospital with severe injury due to their neglect. I suggest that parents seek to read their past violations. (Available publicly through the state.) Management is non-professional, and seem to be fueled on drama even in situations where their customers don't interact on a personal level with them. The only redeeming quality about this place was Miss Tina. She is amazing and made a huge difference in my older child's life. Miss Tina is worth 10/10. The rest I would give negative stars if possible
