Always great service, Friendly when I drop off my son they always remember his name and make him feel welcome. His teachers are also very nice and caring and take good care of him. We are grateful to find such a good place for him.

This childcare center is not what I expected based on the reviews .. the director doesn’t act professional to me she she doesn’t introduce herself giving the impression she doesn’t want to be there not a warming feeling .. I brought my 2 kids here on tour and she walked past us several times I didn’t even know she was there director ! No type of acknowledgment to welcome us ! The doors to the classroom and to enter facility is Always open ,(I’ve caught it on several different occasions see pics attached) that part is terrifying to know that anyone can walk in from the streets and or child can run out ! This place needs to update their security doors only one of the doors work to entrance ! The updates are always late on the app they don’t take pictures not helpful to a parent that wants to know what their kid is doing .They will send you pictures AFTER you have already picked up your kid . The director has to approve the pictures so keep that in mind . They don’t potty train because both my kids were soaking wet and they give the worst excuses! They don’t clean them toilets all the kids pee on it and they just wipe it off !They will use you wipes on other kids ! Even diapers ..Pop in on your kid if you can and will you will see what I mean !! Not impressed at all with this daycare . I’ve seen kid running around with snotty noses omg please pop in on your kids here !!!

A Bright Beginning was the best decision I could've made for my son. As a parent choosing a daycare was one the most stressful situations for me personally but the current staff from Ms. Yunetta, Ms. Kathy, Ms. Erica, Ms. Mel and many others it truly felt like home away from home! My son has since moved up to Kindergarten but formed a great bond with many of the staff members! Ms. Kathy provided an excellent VPK curriculum to better prepare my son for kindergarten and tells me often how much he misses his now old school but we do plan to visit when we can! Thank you A Bright Beginning for all you did to make it a wonderful experience for us!

The director Ms. Yunetta and staff are wonderful ,they love caring for the children and creating a loving and safe environment. They will make sure that your children have a great learning experience . They make the parents feel welcome and appreciated.
