I wish I did my research on this place before coming. They did nothing but call CPS on me and have my children removed for DV in the home and then STOP answering me!!! I’ve been emailing my advocate Ariana for MONTHS with no answer after she called CPS. If you have children please do NOT come here. Run as far as you can from this place!!

One safe place is a part of my recovery from drugs and alcohol it's also called a group call the " THE NET" IN POWERING WOMEN from drugs, achol abuse and also sex traffic we meet every week on Wednesday night I've been on my new journey since 2023 and I have 18 months sober I have one of the best support team COMO COMMUNITY CENTER and also COMO LIONS HEART this journey get easier every day with the support I have from my best friend JAY'RUNNER and Direct Connect but my biggest supporter is FATHER GOD who leads me every day I'm currently at the salvation army shelter hear in FORT WORTH Tx. Waiting for housing to come but what I have learned on this journey the most is MY PAST DOES NOT DEFINE WHO I AM TODAY. DELMAR LOIS GRAY
A wonderful place for women who have found themselves in a position and feel like they have no where to turn or anyone that cares. They will meet you with kindness and compassion, followed by a genuine willingness to understand your situation and provide options for you to better yourself and your situation. Extremely grateful and eager to start this journey with them.
I am giving this place one star because they do not care . The counselor did not care , it seemed to me like she was just trying to be nosy into my life and not really there to help or give me any real counseling. The first lady I spoke to that does the evaluation to see if you qualify , was nice the first time I spoke to her when I was depressed and feeling so low but the second time when I came back , I felt happy and joyful because she had given me hope so when she asked me if I needed any resources , I began to give her a list of things like help getting a lawyer , childcare assistance and help finding a job so I can better myself . Well this time around I sounded more ambitious and began telling her my goals and I got to the vibe from her that she started to get annoyed by my ambition. It’s almost like it triggered some jealousy in her. I left feeling bummed and hopeless again. Idk why they ask if you need any resources but then they don’t deliver ……. This place did not help me at all except for that little bit of hope they gave me at the beginning.
