Once Upon A Time Academy & Daycare

This is my son's 2nd year at this daycare and I will say he loves it. Any issue or concern that I have had in the past was addressed and handled professionally by staff. I love seeing my son's growth from having some separation anxiety in the beginning and now being excited to go too school. His teachers are so nice and he adores them.

My baby has been coming to this center since she was an infant and it has been the best experience! The owner is very helpful and wants the best for any child. The staff communicates with parents very well in my opinion. My baby never wants to leave them 💕

I was so scared for my daughter to changed daycares being she had been in her old one from 6 months to pre-k. We changed daycares right before daycares her graduation and that also made me sad. But when I tell you she’s been there a year now and I love it! So happy with my decision for her before and after care and they treat my baby like family. Summer time they make sure the babies goes on trips and all.

My 1 year old has been here since last December; and we absolutely love this place! The Director is amazing and she is a woman of God! My daughter is the type that doesn’t come to someone she doesn’t know; she doesn’t even crack a smile if she doesn’t know you; BUT she hugs the teachers here and she doesn’t want to leave when I pick her up. She runs back in to play with her teachers. She’s happy and she loves this place! She’s only 1 and I see the happiness on her face when she’s at school. I’m leaving this review because I want other potential parents to know that this academy is amazing! And the staff is even better! I know ALL my daughters teachers bc I’m that type of mom; and I pop in during the school hours😊 I love them and Ava loves them too! Thank you OUATA for all you do for Ava and the rest of the kids!

I had to file a police report due to child negligence. They failed to communicate with me and left my child at school for an hour and lied saying the had bus issues. They later admitted to a break in communication on their end. My youngest - 7 month old had raw open skin on his private areas due to failure to change his diaper. My oldest got hit by the directors daughter and cause a bruise that remained on his face for 3 months. The directors daughter was not disciplined accordingly. Several issues - my own fault for believing their continuous lies and continuing services when they failed to provide appropriate care for the both of my children. Their response is completely untrue and does not correspond to the incidents in a true timeline as one of the office receptionist actually admitted to several items. Disgusting how they CONTINUE TO LIE and now publicly. These are my children and the situation was not handled accordingly. Their lack in communication throughout the time we were with them was beyond me yet they can respond to a google review….
