I would rate this facility zero stars if possible. My two year old daughter did very well in the first classroom she was put in, which was ranged from ages 12-18 months of age. The teacher in there was phenomenal and my daughter adored her. But age wise & fundamentally speaking, it was not an appropriate classroom for my child. I had to discuss my concerns with the director (Ashly) multiple times as to why I felt my child was not receiving the fundamental structures that should have been meeting her needs. I actually noticed a huge decreasing in her educational development while she was attending here (which changed drastically after just two weeks with a new provider). When she was finally moved to a different room, she still wasn’t receiving the proper care nor learning. Within two days of my daughter being in the new room, her teacher informed me that she thought my daughter needed to be moved up to a more advanced classroom and said she also expressed her concerns to the director. When I would try to discuss any of these issues with Ashly, I was basically told that my child wasn’t being moved to a classroom that would benefit her cognitive learning because of her size; due to “safety” reasons. While I understand this to an extent, I want my child where she needs to be fundamentally, not based on her height. That shouldn’t be the perspective as to where to place a child. If there should be any concerns or issues due to safety, then it would be with any possible parents of a child who is violent or misbehaving.. Throughout these months, my daughter started to become antsy and irritable being in a place where she wasn’t receiving any educational, or socio-emotional stimulation. More children were being taken in so my daughter was moved to a room which they referred to as the “Busy Bees” room. Directly across from the very first room my daughter was in, whose teacher was great. The very first day I dropped my daughter off, I walked into one of the teachers putting two children in time out, who took away their food because they accidentally had spilled a bowl of Cheerios... First of all, who takes a child’s food away from a (hardly) two year toddler for having an accident with a bowl they are still becoming familiar with.. & then to discipline them just really unsettled me. The next few days, it didn’t became normal for me to walk in on one of the two teachers not sternly informing, but YELLING at these children. My child came home multiple times with bruising and even bite marks that were never explained to me, until I questioned them specifically. I was given a form once in that room out of 3 bites and 3 other further incidents. After just a week of being in that specific room with the two designated teachers, my child would cry and hold on to me, obviously disturbed and frightened in that environment. She loved going to “school,” and there were even times where she would ask to go with the teacher across the hall, (in which I referred to above) to the smaller tiny toddler room because she was so afraid to be in that room. She never willingly once went to the teachers who were placed in the Busy Bee room, like she did so easily with the other two prior. It got to the point that I had tears just at the thought of leaving her there. The last day my child attend the facility, she left with the right side of her face covered in an “unknown” bruise. When I questioned as to how it happened, I once again was answered with, “I don’t know.” And the girl attending the class proceeded to tell me that my daughter was crying and reaching out for her but she “just didn't want to hold her.” Word for word, that is what a mother of a child was told. The women that were in that room, watching over children, were knowingly put in there by a facilitator who knew they had no place to be. I spoke with an employee that had a child in that same room as mine and when I was walking out of the building, she asked me what happened, and when I told her, the employee responded with, “I had them take my kid out of there.” Unsettling.

My son has been going here since he was 4 months and he is now 12 months. They take excellent care of him and they focus on him meeting his growth milestones. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a place that's cares.
