Up until recently, my child has been decently taken care of. She's been there for a little over a year. My child was hurt by another kid last Friday. I didn't hear from any adult of what happened to my child. She was the first one to tell me what happened to her. Tried to call and ask what happened, they directed me to sending images through the procare app. Still heard nothing. Not even the following Monday morning. I had to be the one to follow up and remind them my child got hurt. That's when the person in charge of her class said "it was a chaotic morning." Which, I understand, but at least tell me on Friday, you were there when I went to pick her up. Then they same day, Monday, my daughter got bit really hard by a kid. Which leads me to believe the supervision is poor. Tuesday, I was hesitant to drop off my child but I had to say "please make sure my daughter doesn't get hurt anytime soon." After the person who watches over my daughter was trying to explain "it happened so fast" when I told them my daughter has a bite mark on her arm. I never even asked. Then her dad when to ask them questions when he picked her up on that Tuesday. He saw 3 workers on a wall talking while the man was watching all the kids. The first response he heard "The director is out, and I didn't know that was happening." From the assistant director. Unprofessional and lacking in adult supervision of the children. I know kids can be kids and things happen fast. But that's exactly why it's important to WATCH them. She was pulled from the daycare on Tuesday.

Absolutely Love this place. They have always done well by us. My oldest has gone here for 2 years and the baby just a few months. But my experience with them has been great ! It’s professional but we have developed a great relationship with most and my kids have been treated well.

I highly recommend this daycare. The facility is clean and runs so good! The director is always willing to accommodate our family’s/friends needs.

I only gave this facility one star because I had to. This place is very unprofessional. My son was enrolled for maybe a month and there was something new every week. FYI I’m a black man and my spouse is white. On the very first day I was not allowed to pick him up without contacting his mom first and then was followed to my truck to grab my phone. Next, we were not contacted when the facility shut down because of COVID and we live 30 min away and both work. The first day back the facility shut down again. Since thanksgiving my wife has missed a total of 26 hours of work and she gets paid hourly. Other things I’ve noted is there was an incident report and 5 different stories were told to us. Certain staff members have attitudes and are very unprofessional. 0/0 would not recommend!

Drama filled unprofessional and unorganized. Horrible communication skills. My two babies went here for all of the week before a employee that talks to the father of my child decided to call Cps out of spite. While the case was opened they made it seem like no one knew what was going on. This lady also gave out confidential information on my two kids case and on what they were doing inside of the daycare to someone that did not have consent and to other people that did not have consent. I went there to address the situation and there was nothing done except a small talk between me the director, a lady under her, and the lady who did it. The girl still works there. And to this day is still giving out daycare information to the father of my child.
