This “school” is the WORST school I have ever been to the “teachers” do nothing but threaten you with being written up the food is nasty and 5th graders were not allowed to go to the bathroom during lunch, recess, the morning and acceleration and they did nothing about being bullied till you fight back the you get suspended. Do a favor for your kids and DO NOT SEND THEM TO THIS SCHOOL.

As a parent of students in both the Eldron campus and the Jr/Sr high campus, I must say that my experience with the Jr/Sr high admin and staff has not been pleasing. These children have silent lunch just about everyday, there have been plenty of incidents that have occurred with no communication with the parents, students don’t even have enough time to grab their lunch and sit peacefully to eat lunch. Hallways are over crowded and the solution is one way hallways when you bring all of your concerns up to administrators it seems as if everyone just tells you what you want to hear to keep you moving along.

Our son went an entire month without a teacher as his previous teacher up and left in the middle of the school year and they had no replacement. The school did not even notify us as parents that are child was being neglected a proper education. They go through a new principal every school year and now we understand why. They need to get their act together! The school takes zero responsibility for their lack of administration, staff and organization. According to them it is the student's responsibility to pass along ANY and ALL information to parents. We even stressed the fact that our child wasn't bringing homework home and they disregarded all notifications. We then decided to pick our child up from his classroom in which his teacher told us we could not do(but refused to make sure he had all proper materials). After letting her know we have the right she complied. My husband then goes to the school where he is told he cannot check his son out after 3:15. He notified the front desk he wasn't checking him out. They made a big deal about my husband picking his son up from his class. He had to threaten to call the police before they released our child to us.

This year my daughter was inappropriately touched by a fellow student. My daughter no longer wanted to be around this student and asked for him to be removed fr the class, he wasn’t and when he came back to school the following day he did it again, in the classroom. Then my daughters teacher (Ms.Sear) decided to let a man she had been dating for a few months- into the classroom with all the children. He used his personal phone to take photos of my daughter, which made her very uncomfortable. The teacher then lied about it. Nothing has been done and Monica is corrupt and doesn’t care about the kids and only herself. Monica has called me and threatened me for speaking out against this campus. The only reason I didn’t give them a lower rating is because I’m 1st grade my oldest had Mrs. Rodriguez who is an amazing teacher and treated my child- like her own. Also the VPK program was really wonderful. So happy that my children are switching campuses. Good Riddance.

This school is okay. If you/your child is in high school I would not recommend attending Odyssey. The building is way to small for the amount of students that go here. They say it's a "healthy school" and yes I would say it is but they barely give us any food. The school has lockers but we're not allowed to use them for some reason. And because of that our backpacks are super heavy. It's completely ridiculous and they need to make some changes.
