Oasis Daycare & Preschool - 611

Hello everyone. So I’m sort of venting here and really upset right now. I feel like since we are doing Foster Care that the early oasis learning center in Caldwell, whom I just spoke with one of the owners there, said it’s not worth his time to have foster kids there because it could be a week it could be a month or it could be six months for them attending. So on his end, it’s not worth giving the children any early childhood learning experiences or the social experiences that they still need as young children to grow and develop and learn how to play with other kids. I am literally holding back tears right now because I feel like these kids, which by the way are the sweetest boys in the world, are being discriminated against due to circumstances out of their control. Has anyone else experienced this? We had our first placement for a year and a half of three siblings. They went to daycare for a little bit in the summer. They went to the YMCA who was amazing with them and loved them, even when it was so trying with the kids, they still loved them and helped them and helped them grow as children need to grow and did not discriminate against them. I just don’t know what to do right now. I feel defeated by this person. This is seriously wrong and my personal opinion is that children who attend Oasis Early Learning Center are simply a paycheck. I had to give one star for google review to post but honestly if there was a negative I would have done that instantly.

Our family is so thankful that we found this daycare. I can’t say enough great things about our experience there! It’s a bit out of my way going to my job, but it’s more than worth it. Our one-year-old son was always terrified to be left with others when I had to return to work. After just a week or two after starting at Oasis Daycare, he started to get excited when he got to go. He loves the caretakers and they have done such a great job helping him feel comfortable. We can tell after just a couple of months that our son is benefiting in so many ways and are also appreciative of the Bible-based direction being provided. All in all, the staff is amazing, the building is clean and safe, and we wouldn’t want to send our son anywhere else!

Our daughter has attended Oasis since January 2020- the team there has always been amazing to our family! Our daughter is now 5 and moving on to elementary school and we are truly sad to be leaving. They are very communicative, friendly, and nurturing. My daughter tells me all the time that she had fun at school and she’s learned a lot. They have fun special days (what kid doesn’t love pajama day sometimes), cute activities, and a great play area. I feel like the kids get a great amount of outside play as well as “circle time” with books, art, learning numbers and shapes etc. I like the security/ check in system they provide as well. I’d recommend Oasis over and over again, our daughter has really thrived with their support!

My children have been going to Oasis for 2 years now and I would never want them to go anywhere else. The staff and owners are absolute gems! They are caring, considerate and all about the children's safety which is the most important part. They have an extremely happy environment for the kids and are always very warm and welcoming. I can't say enough good things about them and they are the best around.

My girls have been going to this daycare for two years now and we’ve never been happier. We have had some really bad experiences in the that made it hard to trust any daycare until we met the staff at oasis and they changed all of that for us. These people are truly amazing. They are kind, wonderful, have amazing hearts and have done anything they can to help us in anyway the entire time. My girls have so much fun there and they love going everyday. They have made both my girls and I feel safe about returning to daycare and i now know we could not have chose a better daycare. If you are looking for kind genuine people who truly care for your children and you then choose oasis.
