⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A huge shout-out to the incredible administrative team and the amazing teachers at Lightbridge Academy! From day one, their warmth, professionalism, and genuine care have made such a difference for our family. The teachers truly love what they do — creating a nurturing, engaging, and enriching environment where children can thrive. The admin team has been outstanding, always quick to communicate, address any concerns, and work collaboratively toward solutions. As a working parent, I’ve always felt heard, supported, and confident in leaving my boys in their care. As a former Pre-K teacher myself, I have very high expectations when it comes to both the quality of care and the educational experience — and Lightbridge Academy has exceeded them in every way. Sandra and Cristina, in particular, have gone above and beyond — taking the time to connect personally, calling after hours to check in on my boys when they weren’t feeling well, and offering help during drop-off and pick-up. Their compassion and dedication have made a meaningful difference in our experience. A special shout-out to the Mobile Infant and Pre-K teachers — you are phenomenal! The Mobile Infant team has been so loving, attentive, and patient, helping my little one feel comfortable and cared for every day. The Pre-K teachers have done an incredible job helping my oldest learn, grow, and gain confidence. He continues to thrive and excel in so many ways thanks to their dedication and creativity. Lightbridge Academy has truly become an extension of our family, and I’m so grateful for the love, communication, and care they show every single day.

Light bridge Academy is an excellent daycare. The school is very clean, neat and organized. The teachers seem caring and go out of their way to assist the children there. There's a lot of various, age appropriate material in each classroom to keep the kids engaged. The classrooms are nice and bright and have the students' work on display in the class and in the hallways too. The playground is a nice size and has a good size area for bikes, balls, slides and climbing. The indoor gym space is perfect when the weather is too cold or when kids just need a movement break or for special activities. I highly recommend this one!

Lightbridge Academy of West Caldwell is truly an exceptional center! The staff are warm, caring, and genuinely invested in each child’s growth and happiness. You can feel how much they love what they do the moment you walk through the doors. The center is always spotless and beautifully maintained, creating a safe and welcoming environment for both children and families. I really appreciate the variety of in-house extracurricular activities offered — it’s wonderful that children can explore new interests and experiences without ever leaving the center. The curriculum is well-organized and thoughtfully designed, balancing learning and play perfectly. The office staff are incredibly accommodating and welcoming, always going above and beyond to help families feel supported. The special events and festive decorations throughout the year make the center feel like a true home away from home. There’s always a cheerful atmosphere, full of smiles and laughter from both children and teachers. I couldn’t recommend Lightbridge Academy of West Caldwell more highly — it’s a place where children truly thrive, and families feel part of a wonderful community!

This day care is more than just a day care. My baby is learning so many positive things within short period of time. It is so much pleasure seeing kids learning and growing in such an enjoyable and safe environment. Teachers and administration team are so awesome. I feel very safe and comfortable leaving my baby everyday.

Our daughter has been at Lightbridge since January, and it was the best decision we could’ve made! All of the teachers that she has had and truly any staff members that she has had any interactions with have shown her so much love. We cannot say enough about how thankful we are to have such an amazing place to send our daughter to!
