Whenever I’ve reached out to her directly she has never looked over my problem or concern and will always help with in a timely manner. I just wanted to take a moment to recognize her and to say thank you for all that you do.
I love this place. It is always clean. The security officers are very nice, and it doesn't take long for you to be seen. They have so many programs design to help you, or just keep you occupied.
I thought I finally found a counseling center to call home. I was wrong. They let me go after they failed to hold up their end of the deal. My daughter was sick & I had a death in the family & a funeral to go to, on two separate occasions on days of my therapy sessions so I had to reschedule. I rescheduled for an 11am appointment, I showed up at 10:30 & was informed that they were running about 30 minutes behind. It ended up being over an hour(still wasn’t seen, after almost 2 hours of waiting) causing me to reschedule because I had to be at work at 2. I reschedule & the day of my appointment, I got a call saying that the power went out & their system was down & they were gonna call me when it got back up to reschedule. I never got that call. Few days later I received a letter stating that they were terminating my sessions which I found completely unfair. They need to understand that we can control the unpredictable & I definitely shouldn’t have been penalized for the issues on their end.
This a very unorganized place. I’ve been calling for 7 months now because i didn’t receive my wic folder when i first got my vouchers and i still haven’t received it. I’ve asked to have it mailed to be because it is to hard to find a transportation to the office to pick it up and they still have not sent out my folder. I don’t recommend this place and i will be transferring.
Great place we took our newborn for hearing test !!! Friendly staff !!! And very professional !!! Strongly recommend
