I was worried for my son's 25/26 school year, as this is his second year attending pre-k given his birth year. I have 2 children that attend The Nurturey, and my husband and I are beyond satisfied with our children's progress here. My 3 year old is now in Ms. Karen's class and she absolutely LOVES it. She reminds me every morning that the sun back is and we have to get ready to go to school. She has been attending The Nurturey since Jan 2017, and though we moved from Montgomery Village to Frederick my husband and I decided its worth the commute to continue to bring our daughters there. In June 2017 I had a second daughter and we had already decided that the Nurturey was going to be her school home along with her sister. She is now 20 months and in Ms. Fatima, and Ms. Lisette's class. They have taught my children so much from manners, to languages(Spanish and Sign), arts and crafts and they even have live music on Fridays! Its a very homey center and is helping us to prepare to send our 3 year old to Kindergarten in the next 1.5 years. The Staff is absolutely wonderful, and caring and they communicate wonderfully with us parents. I absolutely recommend this school to anyone looking for childcare/pre-k in MD.
As a parent, it’s important for me to know my child is safe, being cared for and learning; the Nurturey has provided all of those things to my daughter. As a former parent, my child’s current kindergarten teacher always asks about her education prior to kindergarten, because she’s so impressed of the advanced skills she displays. Even though you can’t put a price on education, the center is reasonably priced, clean and the teachers and administration are extremely caring and wonderful (sometimes, they will even send emails periodically to see how my daughter is doing)! As our family grows, the Nurturey will definitely be our number one choice!
