I had a great move-in experience thanks to Nikita and Shawanda. I ran into some paperwork issues during the process, and they truly went above and beyond to help get everything resolved. They were patient, professional, and incredibly supportive and both even stayed past office hours to accommodate me. That level of dedication and customer service made a stressful situation so much easier. I really appreciate their help and commitment. Highly recommend this apartment complex because of them! I worked with Victoria on my application and she really helped me! She was patient and kind! All the ladies in the office were very nice and friendly!! The community seems nice and welcoming!!
I came into the community on Thursday, viewed the unit, and absolutely loved the openness and floor plan! I applied on Friday and was approved by Monday! 🙌🏽 Jamilah was so helpful from the moment I stepped into the office. Her energy was warm and welcoming, and she stayed professional throughout the entire process. She made sure I had all the correct documentation and kept everything fast yet efficient. The whole thing entire staff is welcoming and accommodating. I’ve been an tenant for about 5 years and I hate to leave whoever this was my best rental experience ever. From maintenance repairs to other concerns it was always diligently resolved. Ms. Nakita & Ms. Shawanda are the best they made me feel like family. Always so welcoming and understanding. Since day one of even inquiring about the property Ms. Shewanda has been extremely professional and helpful in making my moving process a breeze. I e been here almost a year and I haven’t had but one issue but the leasing staff were attentive to it immediately. I feel comfortable with my unit and my neighbors. Mss Shewanda placed my daughter and I in a calm and safe building and I truly appreciate her hard work and dedication to making sure my daughter and I obtained a place to live comfortably!!!!
