What Parents Say
The reviews provided are for Magnolia Park Apartments, not a daycare center. This appears to be a data mismatch. The facility is listed as a center-based daycare (Northwest Youth Power @ Magnolia Park ELC) but all reviews discuss residential apartment living conditions.
I don't know where to start been here two years and they treat you like you're nothing and take your money. I've been here two years I use a wheelchair the office said that my building is supposed to be handicapped but one handicapped parking and the residents will parking in handicap without a handicap plaque and even blocked the interest on both sides. No security trash all over the property dumpster always running over its embarrassment to invite guests to your home
I am Extremely disgusted with this community…..I don’t live there but I’ve known others to live there before it’s currently state. I’ve never seen Mushrooms grow inside a home or even think it’s possible that one should have to live in a place where there is actual Mold, all of the things I’ve seen are in Fact against the law and Code inspection really should be involved and lawsuits should be implemented immediately!!
Came over to vist my Niece, in upon visiting, she pays her rent on time. She's do not have no heat. They gave her To space heaters, they do not have maintenance over. Here is a shame no maintenance i'm gonna take pic's Build an eight eleven....... Shame on you....Do better for $2.000.
Don't Move Here .. Management is Crap..My sister been living in a Molded apartment and no Hot water for over 6 months.. Pathetic place to live
This place needs to be CONDEMNED and DEMOLISHED 1. The property and all my true ATL natives know this place used to be the Eagan Homes projects that was demolished in 2000 that community was historic and filled with families that lived there generations. Had I known this new mixed income complex was going to be this bad I woulda said egan homes needed to be renovated not demolished. There's no historic artwork or marker on the site thats even dedicated to the former families. And last but not least the whole site is contaminated with arsenic and lead. Many black low income neighborhoods or mixed income developments that used to be projects are built on contaminated land. So to all of you who are complaining about crime in atlantas mixed income housing developments do your history on Atlantas public housing first.
