This is a very good school for language learners. They have very good teachers. It's also in a great area, many businesses and homes are being developed here in North Hollywood. I think new students can benefit a lot by attending this school! It was a pleasure for me to visit this school to meet faculty, staff, and the student body.
This school helped me a lot to learn English. I started from 0. I didn't even know how to say how are you. The teachers there were awesome. Don't give up. Just keep going and you will see results. Just like W. Clement Stone said: "Success is achieve by those who try and keep trying."
Campus is small next to a loud day-care. Little progress might be done since there is no take home work that may count as credit and there are no textbooks to learn independently. Teachers might teach multiple subject and might not attend you if they get in a personal conversation with a student the entire two hours of class. Would not recommend to those who want to learn and progress quickly.
It only cost you $15 to register for ESL course (although the textbook is little pricey) and you can listen to 2 classes in a row (2 hrs each) so I think it's pretty good (and cheap) place to take ESL.
