Horrible apartments pee all over the stairs poop all over the apartment. It smells like pee of animals. all over the stairs The owner has favorites And judge by people looks these apartments are the most dirtiest apartments I ever seen .
The place is clean the majority of the time. It is always quiet so you can get your work done. If there is a problem in your apartment it is really easy to get help. The manager is usually in her office, if not then you can quickly get in contact with her because she is most likely walking around in the building. Every floor has it's own laundromat, so it is quite easy to wash your clothes. The play area is great for the kids to hang out and the quad in the middle is private and well kept. The security cameras are always on so it provides a sense of security. Since they have inspections twice a year, everything is always working.
