Sully's towing was an excellent option today! Our front wheel bearing busted and caused us to be towed home. I didn't know who to call in the area so I just chose one. The lady that answered was very nice & had all the information I asked for. We had to wait for about an hour and a half since the snow has made plenty of work for tow companies. Christian was our tow driver & he was great! He was very polite & professional. We had about an hour ride with him to get our truck to a buddies shop. We asked him to drop our truck off in a specific spot so we could pull it into the shop as easy as possible. He was happy to do that for us. We did get him stuck for a little bit but after scraping the drive with a tractor and blade, he was able to get back up the hill from the shop & back on the road. If you need a tow and you are near Princeton I highly recommend Sully's Towing and Recovery! They have very fair prices & are quick to respond. If I ever need the service again (hopefully not 😅) I will definitely be bringing my business to them again!!!

I called for a tow, and the receptionist was kind. The tow driver John came out right away and took my truck and myself home. John was a pleasure and the cost was very reasonable also. 5 star experience for me.

I was incredibly happy with the service I received from Sully’s. The first lady I spoke with on the phone (I apologize for not remembering her name) was kind and very helpful and informative. The driver, Coltin, got to my vehicle in short order and was very respectful and professional throughout the entire process. Price was fair and honestly could have been higher and I wouldn’t have batted an eye. Would highly recommend these folks to anyone!

After an unfortunate, disabling incident on I-69 my wife and I required tow service from Sully's. From the first time I spoke with Elise in the office I knew this negative experience was in good hands. She continually kept me updated by phone as the driver, Christian, made his way to our location on I-69. Even though we were located outside of their coverage area she did not hesitate to help a stranded motorist in distress. Such detailed attention to the customer stands out and is greatly appreciated. She dispatched Christian who capably winched my vehicle onto the roll back while keeping my wife and I safely out of danger. Christian knew his job well and we were quickly on the way to Uebelhor Toyota in Jasper. So, from the bottom of our hearts my wife and I wish to thank Sully's Towing & Recovery, particularly Elise and Christian, for helping stranded folks get on their way. We truly appreciate the kindness and service provided. If you are in any sort of roadside predicament please give Sully's a call. They certainly will help you if they can.
