My Nephew attends this daycare. Lufkin has limited options however the owner is going to run everyone away. The toilets are not age appropriate for potty training toddlers so my nephew has to be reversed when sitting on the toilet (very uncomfortable for a little boy). The owner also suggested that another child be picked up earlier than 5:30PM since the child was dropped off as soon as the daycare opened (basically she didn't want to be bothered). Ms. Effie is a great teacher however the owner does not care to be bothered & is always nice/nasty. We will be looking for care elsewhere!!!
I wouldn’t recommend this daycare. One, they told me the pull-ups I had for my son were an “inconvenience” and then they used the brand new pack I sent up there for other kids. Beverly told me over and over that they were using donated pull-ups for my son cause the pull-ups I sent were to much work for the 2yo teacher. When I took him out, two days after the new pack was sent so Thursday and Friday, he had 3 pull-ups left. She said well we did have to use other kids. So we won’t reimburse you because it’s pull-ups this is ridiculous.
