Lil Rascalz Clubhouse has extremely mixed reviews with significant safety and operational concerns. Im only giving two stars because the staff is very nice and the do their best to respond quickly. My son was in the nursery and was sent home almost every week ‘sick’ with something but when we got him home we never had any problems. They told us when we started the same teacher would be there everyday but then we started getting all kids of random people in the room everyday. Don’t ever write them a check because it’s October now my son no longer goes there and they are just now cashing checks from July/August. The director doesn’t have anything to do with the payments and can’t help you until she speaks with the pastor about it. I had high hopes but ended up disappointed and transferred my son to a different facility.
My children were left at the school during pick up on 2 different occasions and then later the next my kids were put out the day and the refused care , on a day I had to work because they messed up and the know I would cut up about leaving 2 different children at 2 different school on 2 different times I didnt find out till was picking them up . The are very careless and one of my babies came home with hands foot and mouth and they didnt tell me it was going around till I went to go get my son checked n I told them about it. Would give no stars 10 out 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Do not use this daycare. At the start of it, my son had a great experience in that nice, new, well looked after infant room. When he got moved to the next room is when all the issues started. I never had a chance to see that room, but it was small, unclean, and understaffed. I was only shown the room after he had a huge bruise on his head from falling into an unsafe chair. He was sent home multiple times for "being sick" but once picked up, he never had a fever or any issues that they said he did. I was told by staff members, that other staff members refused to pick him up because he was too heavy and he was not walking yet, he came home with multiple bloody diaper rashes, and was very obviously neglected by staff. I would advise anyone putting their child in this daycare.
The staff are so sweet and so caring. They love the kids. The place is always clean. Miss Vicky has been there I think 10 years. I’ve never ever heard a bad word said about them ever. It truly is a wonderful place to have your children taking great care of. S.
