My child went here for around two years starting at about 1 year old. It started off very well. My child would being home projects and the original teachers were excellent. However, it slipped alarmingly over the years. Extremely high turn over means you will have a new teacher every few months. Some are excellent and most are far less than excellent and it’s evident it is a job for them with no love or desire to be around children. Classes are overstuffed with students with inadequate staff and teachers. The security door would frequently be left open and unattended, even just a few days after the Uvalde shooting. If your child is speech delayed or has other development issues they are woefully unprepared and extremely calloused. To top it all off, they waited until I was on crutches and my wife was 8 months pregnant to tell us that our speech and development delayed child was no longer wanted by their facility, leaving us in a very bad spot. They sure were quick to cash our checks over the years, but we certainly got nothing for it in the end. In our view, they hide behind Christian symbolism but don’t put any of it into practice in their facility. They made us feel like our child was unwanted. Take your child somewhere else, save yourself the heartache and take your child to a place that values them and their security.
At first my kids loved going to Noah’s Ark then they started saying some of older kids were bullying them. When we contacted the daycare and made a written complaint after months of my kids being enrolled they turned it around and said they had in the past had some issues with our kids as well. Issues that were never brought up until we made a complaint. This day care mixes kids in a wide range of age groups and older kids bully the smaller kids and the teachers either don’t care or they are too busy to care. They claim to have Christian values but it’s not practiced. It’s an overcrowded daycare that will never accept responsibility for incidents that occur during their watch. They deal with issues by flipping the problem back to you making you feel unwelcome.
Happy, caring staff members that always have a smile on their faces & know each kids name. Clean, organized facility. Schedule of meals and activities for each day. They give a “what we did today” sheet for the baby/toddler each day.
