Both of my kids go here and have done so great. Far better than our last daycare. They always come home with something exciting to tell me or something new to show me that they learned. You can really tell that the teachers here care about the kids.
My 3 year old son goes here. I have nothing but good things to say about this daycare. They take such good care of him and he loves going. He is always in a good mood when I pick him up and the staff there is great. The director is super nice also. I love them all! Thank you Noah's ark for taking good care of my Easton! Y'all are great. ☺️♥️
At first it was great and then proceeded to chaos with a huge turn around on staff and directors. Very unorganized and unprofessional. Most of the staff sit behind a desk while the children are put in front of a television. Staff members left bruises on my child a few times. The first time I approached it as an accidental situation. The second time I reported it to the director letting them know that this cannot happen again. I informed them that if a third incident happened, the police will be contacted. Please watch your children’s behavior and ask questions. The best daycare that my child attended was Bright Beginnings. They are very attentive and a structured Christian facility that keep the children engaged.
I have had my middle child there since she was 6 weeks old, she is 4 now. I have had some problems and sometimes I feel they need more people but it's normal for a daycare. She has always been taken really good care of. If she was ever hurt I got a call right away. It's always clean, my daughter has never been overly sick or ever come home with lice. She loves all the teachers and has loved being there. I have a new baby and she is going there now too. I have recommend this place to friends and they have their children there also.
After being moved to a new classroom is when the issues started. Within a week, his cloths were wet, (after being changed 45 mins earlier), there is no way he was changed. Another child had his coat on while he had none on, my son asked his teacher for his coat and was told no, another kid said it was his, so I can't take it off, since it's not your son's coat. The final and worst nightmare was when my daughter in law picked up with a fever over 103, and no one noticed or called to say he wasn't feeling well. My advice is to be ALERT, very alert.
