New Life Day Care

Katy was the absolute best babysitter for my newborn and am surely going to miss her! She was best at communicating and updating me on my baby’s activities throughout the day without me even asking. As far as the other staff, I felt like I was a pest because I’d always ask what he was doing. The daycare is supposed to be using one of the most expensive apps Procare to communicate and document diaper changes, feedings, tummy time etc etc — I only saw them use it for fall spirit week (unimportant information). Although I never saw signed of abuse in my baby, I would constantly worry about what he was actually doing with staff throughout the day, since NO information was ever communicated to me at the end of the day, leaving more worry for signs of neglect. I thought this was going to be better than my previous daycare because they have such a cool app for communication and I was so disappointed when I noticed it wasn’t being updated at all. At last, I did end up leaving the daycare without notice due to me losing my job without notice due to the daycare opening up later than agreed. 👎

One of the best child care facilities here in Tucson. Vida Nueva is a Christian church and they do everything with excellence. This is a Pre K graduation.

Staff is kind and understanding. Just wish they clean toys and hold parents accountable with regards to bringing sick children. I understand children share germs alot, but I pulled my child out of daycare because she was getting sick too often. Getting me sick which means I can't work. It defeats the purpose of having daycare. At one point I stopped to visit my child, and a mom came to pick up her child because they had a fever. She mentioned that the child recently had pink eye and thought he was fine to bring back. I sat there and was so angry. By the time this child left it was closer to 2pm. Really wish this child was removed sooner to reduce exposure. Aside from that, again staff is very nice. I might bring my child back in a year or so, but unsure right now.

Lovely people, super safe place for kids starting at age 12 weeks up to 5 years home made foods for all the kids and good prices. We like the schedule a lot drop the baby before work and pick her up after work 7:30 to 4:30. The place is really clean baby-proof highly recommended

My word that come out of my mouth is THERE AMAZING! Great staff the teachers are incredible and loving to all the kids. I am really happy that I was able to get them in. They been there for 1year so far and I have never had any complaint about anything. Thank you so much NEW LIFE DAYCARE and all the staff for your great work and your incredible Environment! ;-)
