New Horizon Kids Academy

So far my daughter has been attending a few weeks now. Staff is very attentive not only to my 2 year old, but my wishes and hopes as a Mom! They advise me of any changes they see in my child and they seriously help regulate an awesome routine that works with our home schedule as well! School is very clean — and tidy! Parents you should seriously consider giving this daycare a chance! I also love the location — it’s in a nice back area, away from busy traffic & over populated areas here in town, which makes me feel, my child is 10x safer, than most areas here in town. I look forward to many years here & im sure my daughter does too! At this moment, I have no complaints and I’m extremely satisfied!

I have had my son in this daycare since he was 2 yrs old he is now 5 years old and will be leaving because he will be attending kindergarten this year. This place has taken great care of my son and he has also built bonds with both owners and teachers in this facility. They are all a great and caring staff and I have never had any concerns with any of them. I will be sad to see my son leave them because he loves them all. Thank you all for taking care of my son through out the years. I will be sad to see him go. But it's on to the next journey. Thank you for your support and we will be back to visit often.

This daycare is only concerned about money. They charged my wife the registration fee of $25. Then we began to receive care for kids and they also paid the $25 registration fee and they did not want to refund my wife the $25. The daycare does not work with parents and wouldn’t accept my child one day because I left my wallet at home & stated I would call to make the payment or I can make it this afternoon. They stated if I did not make the payment right then my child would have to go home. Some of the staff aren’t friendly & I Just didn’t a great experience at all I wouldn’t bring my child there & I’m happy I’ve found somewhere else to place him.

If I can give zero I would. Chose this place because i thought it would be safe and it seemed a lot cleaner then some daycares but Keep away if you have a busy schedule. Their all about the money and are very unprofessional on how they do business aslo not about the child or parents. $130 payed before my child started ok that was fine... was a snow storm the day my daughter was suppose to start so I didn't bring her for two days. The first day she goes she gets sick with a fever I had to leave work to pick her up I took my daughter to Dr. Same day she was ok just fighting a cold... long story short I payed for the week she was not there I try to bring her the last day of the week witch was Friday and they told me she couldn't stay because I brung her to early! So any parent would be furious knowing they have to go to work in the next hour. & it's hard getting a sitter last min. long story short she's only been to the daycare for a day and a half and I still had to pay them for the times they would not let my daughter in. A lot of rules, all about money, does not work with parents.

Supervisor was rude she sticked her head out the door to tell me no one is available and there is a huge waiting list. I recognized her from kids town day care. Even if there was no waiting I wouldn’t t leave my child in that center even if it meant me losing my job.
