Daycare infant teachers walk on the carpet with their shoes (without shoe covers) or will walk back and forth on the regular floor (that is not sanitized) and carpet with shoes covers (instead of switching new shoe covers) in the infant room where infants crawl despite this being a daycare policy. The carpet was NEVER sanitized so infants crawl on and put items from the floor into their mouths! The staff are NOT trained properly and/or just disregard the rules. Mrs Maria was the only one who tried. Robin the director has a very unprofessional and nasty disposition when I communicated with her for the first time, I asked when was the last time the carpet was sanitized and when is the time it will be sanitized, she never gave me a straight answer. After patiently giving her time to get come up with a plan, I tried to contact her in all the ways possible, but she intentionally never responded. I took my infant out ASAP! I do NOT recommend this place. If you care about your baby being in an unclean environment where your concerns are not valued and you want to be ignored despite appropriate concerns, do NOT choose this place!!You have been warned. It was ridiculous! If I could rate her place a Zero I would!
