New Horizon Academy

My children have attended New Horizon since both boys were just 8 weeks old, and while we've just recently had to move to another location due to a career change, I want to highlight the staff and admin team at the St. Michael location! The infant staff has always made me feel safe and that my children are in the best possible hands while I cannot be with them. Special shout outs to Miss Teri, Miss Gina, Miss Becky, Miss Lily, and Miss Audrey who are true gems! They've grown and developed so much in the time they attended, and we could not have asked for more! The toddler and early-pre staff have left such an impact on my son Clifford. They are patient, kind, caring, and so devoted to providing the best care and most love to each and every student and it is so evident when you enter a classroom. While my children were not old enough to attend the preschool program, they are always willing to greet my children by name and offer hugs or high fives! This center is truly a "School Family" and it radiates through the whole building. The admin team works hard to make sure the entire center is a well-oiled machine and are always there to greet you with a smile or answer any questions you may have! Way to go Tarah, Jodi, and Amy! If you are in need of care in the St. Michael area, please do not hesitate to enroll your children here. They will exceed all of your expectations and provide a safe and nurturing environment each and every day! We love NHA St. Michael!

We cannot say enough positive things about New Horizon Daycare Saint Michael! The entire environment is warm, nurturing, and professional. The Director and Assistant Director set an exceptional standard; they are super wonderful and truly lead by example. The teachers are just amazing—it's clear they are all passionate about early childhood education. We especially want to highlight Miss Tarah and Miss Jodi. They are excellent leaders, incredibly safety-conscious, and their dedication shines through every day, caring for the children as if they were their own. Our kids were so well-prepared for their transition to school thanks to the foundation they received here. It was a pleasure and a wonderful experience all around. We will recommend this daycare over and over again. If you are looking for a place where your kids can grow, learn, and feel loved, or if you're looking for an excellent place to work, this is it—100 percent!

My son attends here and I have nothing but great things to say about them! They are very passionate about the kids and their development in making sure they are well prepared for kindergarten. They keep you in the loop on everyday activities, diaper changes and photos. The rooms are nice and cozy and EVERY teacher is absolutely fantastic! I have to give a special shout out to Ms. Clarissa and Ms Ashley! My son has a hard time at drop offs and he can get pretty upset! These two teachers came up with a game plan to try to make drops off easier, and it is working! They sincerely care about my son’s development and growth. I have no worries leaving him, I know he is in good hands. Special shout to Ms. Jodi and Ms. Tarah everyday warm welcoming greetings with beautiful big smiles. They make sure things are kept together and in order. I would give this place 10 stars. Thank you NHA for being like family to my family.

Our experience at New Horizon Academy has been nothing but amazing! My children have been attending their school age program since this past summer. My girls love the teachers and the field trips over the summer were a highlight for them. It’s a great option for after school care and I love that they have somewhere fun to go until I get off of work.

Tarah and Jodi run an amazing center! My kids are in the school age program but they still have so much fun after school and during school breaks. They alss have family events that are fun for the whole family!
