I've been incredibly impressed with New Horizon! The staff are warm, caring, and always willing to go the extra mile. The facility is clean, safe, and well-organized, with a great balance of structured activities and free play. Communication with parents is excellent, with regular updates and opportunities to discuss any concerns. They also have video cameras and send pictures and updates throughout the day, which I love! What really stands out, though, is the love and dedication of the staff. They genuinely care about each child's well-being and happiness, and it shows in everything they do. We feel so lucky to have found an amazing center and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nurturing, supportive environment for their child.
I’ve always love new horizon academy centers! My kids learned a lot academically through their first years of learning. They’re always so warm and welcoming. 🥰✨
We love new horizon so much for our children. The staff is so friendly and welcoming when first coming that they make you feel comfortable with leaving your children in their hands. They get to know your children and you and they work wonders with them every single day. Whenever my son or daughter is having a bad morning at drop off they take extra time to make sure that they have a great day and we hear all about it at pick up time!! This is a great place and community to bring your child or children to, they are wonderful people.
We love New Horizon Academy! Staff are kind and welcoming, and they make sure to communicate about our little one. We love how much she is learning, and getting pictures and updates in the app is a nice way to keep up with her adventures each day. Big shout out to the infant room and toddler room teams—don’t know what we would do without you! Also to Miss Carrie, the center director. She’s the best and all of the kids adore her!
Being a first time parent, it’s never easy to choose a place to send your little one when you can’t be there with them. We have had the best experience with New Horizons from top to bottom. All the staff I have interacted with are all friendly and caring. They are very communicative and update the Procare app including multiple picture during the day. Always a bright spot in my day to know what my baby is up to! I would recommend New Horizons to anyone looking for child care!
