I'm so thankful our daughters attended a school through 8th grade that taught the same Christian values that our family has, thereby having continuity of learning between home and school. As parents, that consistent foundation was very important to us. A great investment! They had so many opportunities in music, plays, social study and art fairs, basketball, soccer cheer/dance team, track and field competitions, and school outings.They were challenged academically--going into high school was an easy transition for both of them. I'm so proud of the education they received.
Cross of Christ Lutheran School has been such a blessing for our family. They have amazing teachers and staff that truly care about the spiritual and educational growth of our kids. My children love to go to school...That's right they love to go to school!! They have great teachers and small classes, they feel connected to school. Not just their class but classmates that are younger and older than them as well. It is nice that they not only learn regular school subjects, but respect for others, fellowship and how to be good humans. I feel like I am dropping my children off with a trusted friends. I love the opportunity to volunteer and be a part of my childs day for school lunch and special days. when I hear my friends describe the disconnect they feel from public schools I am grateful for the close family and learning environment at Cross of Christ.
We are privileged to be a part of this congregation. We value the fact that the Word of God is preached here and is the focus of how we live our lives. We also have our three kids in the school and love the benefit of having our children growing up in Christ centered classrooms. The education they receive is magnificent and our kids are thriving. Wonderful staff including the Pastors and Teachers.
We've sent 4 kids threw the preschool and absolutely love the teachers&facility&kids!!! 3 of my children are in the grade school and I'm very happy with the support and communication the teachers have with us parents. The Communication with parents is amazing. Kids & parents connect outside of school. Wouldn't even consider anywhere else.
