New Horizon Chaska has been a fantastic experience for my family. They treat my daughter like she is one of their own. I know she is safe, happy and encouraged to learn and grow. They are open with any and all communication. All my questions are always met and I feel heard and taken seriously as a parent. I could not recommend this daycare enough. Amy, Emily and the entire staff are top tier. Love this place!!
I absolutely LOVE this child care center. They take time to get to know you and your family. You walk in and instantly feel welcomed. They take care of payment for things that other childcare centers do not. They have a great variety of lunches throughout each month. The classroom staff and the admin staff really go above and beyond. I would highly recommend this center if you are in the area.
Ms. Courtney has always been my boys favorite teacher. The communication between parents & teachers has improved greatly in the last year! Seeing photos throughout the day of my boys are always wonderful. The summer program was awesome. Lots of activities to keep busy minds going! Mrs. Amy & Mrs. Emily are very friendly, understanding & helpful for my son's.. it was a journey, but I'm glad we stuck with them! Overall, it is a great place to have your children attend.
My son has been going to new Horizon Academy in chaska since 6 months old. They have been wonderful with him. My son came into new horizon with health problems and challenges he was born premature has lung and air way disease. He went through 2 surgeries well being with new horizon academy. All the staff took care great care of him and followed all medical needs that were required. They always keep me posted on how he is doing all day long and what he is doing. They send me pictures of what he is doing every day. They always are friendly and keep us informed. They make it feel like home there. I feel so safe sending my son to new horizon when I go to work and he loves it, he gets excited to go. We have been going there for 2 years now. Thank you to all the wonderful staff there for giving my child such a wonderful experience and for making me feel safe sending him someplace besides with me. Keep up the wonderful work New Horizons in Chaska Minnesota.
So happy with the staff at New Horizons! Daycare wasn’t our original plan and I was so very nervous to leave my son at a center but the infant room staff has been so amazing. Ms. Shelby is always positive and happy to see my little guy at drop off and she genuinely cares for all the babies in her room. She and the rest of the team in the Chaska infant room are fantastic!
